The Salvation Army's Pathway of Hope

The Salvation Army Pathway of Hope helps individuals and families in transition to break the cycle of poverty and drug addiction. Pathway of Hope case managers assist motivated clients in securing employment, finding permanent housing, and being a part of a supportive community. The program guides clients to self sufficiency, to become contributing members of society.
