Through a network of interrelated programs, Family Treatment Services provides substance abuse treatment specifically designed for women with children. It provides specialized mental health services for young children and their parents.
Family Treatment Services aims to:
A residential and outpatient treatment program in Kaimuki for adult and adolescent women and their infants and toddlers. The program includes among others the following: therapeutic milieu, multidisciplinary evaluation, psychiatric services, alcohol and drug evaluation, stress management, assertiveness training, parenting and respite child care, 12-step program participation, health education and outpatient treatment and continuum of care.
A therapeutic living program for women in early recovery and their children. Some of the services include: development and implementation of a personalized transition plan, referral and linkages with community resources and activities, home management skill building, development of vocational and educational plans and parenting classes.
A residential housing program designed for homeless women in stable recovery and their children.
Licensed by the Department of Human Services to serve children between the ages of 2-5 years old. The preschool has a clean, air-conditioned classroom, enclosed grassy yard and covered lanai. Health snacks and lunches are provided provided through our licensed kitchen. The preschool classroom is multi-age and is kept at a low ratio to meet the individual needs of each child. A licensed early intervention program designed to provide therapeutic and developmentally appropriate activities to children from the ages of two weeks to three years old.
